Scalp Bumps: Exercising

Whenever I start doing a lot more exercise than usual, I have a tendency to develop itchy scalp bumps. I think that it is just a matter of shampooing my hair too often because I have to shower a couple of times a day with all of the exercise. I plan to look into trying out something gentler like baby shampoo to see if going a little easier on my skin gives me better results than what I have been doing.
