Soluble Fiber Increases

Rita is my cooking chef and lives in our family’s home. She does a great job with preparing healthy meals that we all love. I noticed she was doing some research and asked her what she was doing. “I am looking for ways in how to lower cholesterol,” she replied.

 

My oldest son was attending college locally, but still lived at home. He recently found out that his blood levels were higher than normal. Rita was looking for a way to increase soluble fiber into our diets. “This helps with reducing the bad cholesterol levels in the blood,” she explained.
