By placing an order with Simple Stop you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You authorize Simple Stop to charge your specified credit card for the amount due on your order. Orders will be fulfilled upon reception of payments. We ask for your billing address in order to process payments.
You authorize Simple Stop to act as an express legal agent and authorized representative on your behalf with direct mailers or similar third parties. Simple Stop will only submit pertinent information to: direct marketers or third parties in order to remove your information from their mailing lists and to put a promotional block on your credit reports. WE WILL NEVER SUBMIT ANY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
You acknowledge that stopping direct mail may require you to make periodic requests. Simple Stop does not control the rate at which any direct marketer or third party will process your requests. Several mail cycles may elapse before direct marketer or other third parties stop sending you junk mail. Direct Mailers or third parties may re-commence sending you marketing materials if you request or do business with any related company.
You agree that you will not use our service to affect the delivery of mail to any person who has not authorized you to expressly do so on their behalf. You agree to indemnify Simple Stop and hold it harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, costs, and/or other harm arising out of any violation of the parameters set forth in this paragraph.
Simple Stop seeks to provide accurate representation of its services on its website, but such representations are not warranties. You acknowledge that Simple Stop does not warrant that any removal will be achieved using our services.
You agree and represent that you are buying for your own personal or internal business use only, and not for resale.
You acknowledge and agree that in no event shall Simple Stop’s liability to you exceed the price of the service ordered ($12.95). In no event shall Simple Stop be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products or services sold.
You acknowledge that Simple Stop reserves the right to terminate the site and your access to the Simple Stop service at any time and for any reason. After such termination, we will have no further obligation to provide any services. You acknowledge that Simple Stop also reserves the right to sell its company and all assets including your name and address. In such a case, Simple Stop will seek an equal privacy policy over your name and address.
